Formed in 2006, we offer Asset Preservation Services, helping financial institutions, real estate investors and others with portfolios of foreclosed, troubled or vacant assets. Our Asset Preservation Services are typically provided in two stages - Asset Status (documenting the existing status) and Asset Management (monitoring, security, project & property management, remodeling, renovations) services. We provide these services for residential and commercial properties. We help REO managers to Maximize Value, Mitigate Loss and Speed Turnover of the property.

We can also pragmatically apply green building practices and products with strong green attributes into our remodeling projects. We deliver exceptional remodeling quality with professional communication and outstanding service. Our projects are client anddesign-driven and affordable, balancing the specific needs of each client, helping our clients to understand how best to how a remodeling project can become more "green," environmentally sensitive and healthy to future occupants. We are trained to deliver green remodeling to Minnesota GreenStar standards. Or, we can help you to select the products and systems with the green attributes that are most relevant to your need.
